I am also a Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN) so, I can minimize the stress and complication of one of the most difficult residential real estate transactions in the market today. Most importantly, I can shorten the time required to close on a short sale transaction. I am a designated Realtor which means I maintain the highest possible standards as a real estate agent. The Realtor designation means that I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and act according to a specific code of Realtor ethics which guarantees the optimum level of service for your real estate needs when buying or selling a home in a Tucson area community.
